Happy Friday! I created a free print out to use with the 12-week program that I'll be sharing with you guys. I tried to design it in an easy-to-use way. Not one less thing to mess with, but an inspiring way to track your progress. If you're participating... how are you feeling? I'm not gonna lie. Sometimes when I'm withdrawing from sugar I find that I get a little down in the dumps. You just have to get past that. Food and emotions go so hand in hand, because we are SO conditioned. I try to be mindful of this with Matilda, because I don't want her to seek comfort from food.

It's called Delicious Greens and it's available on Vitacost which is a terrific website that can save you lots on supplements, etc.
