I have 2,3,and 5 on my workout list too. Love your addition of Blondie.Lady Gaga "Starstruck" and "Just Dance" are two of my favs :) I like Ice Cube's "Today was a Good Day" for my cool down. Haha!

I think what I love about Ashley is that she LOOKS like she just worked out. I hate those women who leave the gym looking like they just got their hair done. I look like HELL what I leave the gym and I love that! Insanity is CRAZY hard...I tried it but it hurt my hips too much. My boyfriend did it last year and it really worked for him! He's starting it again, as of last night actually! My sister dropped about 3 dress sizes before her wedding last year using it too! GOOD LUCK!

Here's my thing...I have to eat strategically if I know I'm going to work out hard core. I tend to get hungry a lot if I limit my calorie intake, so generally that doesn't work for me in terms of losing weight. I'm at a healthy weight for my body and not really looking to lose a ton of weight (maybe 5-7 pounds tops). How do you balance your calorie intake when you are working out? Tips, please!!
right now i am using my fitness pal, which adds in calories based on how much you work out. it's really helpful. so, if my goal calories are 1200 to lose x amount, then if i workout for 30 minutes and burn 250 calories, then my daily calorie goal is really 1450. it also helps to eat the right things in order to stay full and to eat small meals throughout the day. hope this helps!

Cardio every single day?! NO REST DAYS?? No way that would work for me. I've been running every other day (except the past couple days since I've been so sick with a fever). :( I should incorporate more yoga, but I do stretch all the time. I don't know who Ashley Greene is, but she has an amazing body and some adorable workout pants in picture 2!As for music, here's some of what's on my current cardio playlist: 3 (Britney), Opposite of Adults (Chiddy Bang), Hotel (R. Kelly feat. Cassidy), Riding Solo (Jason Derulo), Ride Wit Me (Nelly), Whatever You Like (T.I.), Hit Em Up Style (Blu Cantrell), Break your Heart (Taio Cruz feat. Ludacris), Just a Dream (Nelly) . . . and a couple others. I need new playlists too, though!

Always reminds me of a weekend in Miami with my best girl friends so it gets me fired up to boogie!:) Impressed with strength training 5 days a week! Super cute blog. I was just redirected from your old one. So talking about Isanity.. I am almost done with the 2nd month of Isanity. I know how you feel about the fit test. I wanted to cry the first week because I felt sooo out of shape.. mostly because I could not keep up with everyone in the videos and I was soo sore. But you will be amazed, that in a couple of weeks your endurance will sky rocket! You will see results within weeks. It's an amazing program. I am on my third week of month two which is MAX month and I am already planning to jump right into Round 2! Join the BeachBody Club (it's free), log your workouts, and you will meet some great people. I met several people who started when I did, we created a group, and motivated each other everyday. There were some days that I did not want to workout, but I knew that I would be a day behind everyone, and I did not want to be the one who slacked off.
