3. Line the bottom of the dish with the hashbrowns. Cover with shredded cheese.
4. Cook bacon and then remove from pan. Use same pan to cook onions until translucent. Chop up bacon and add bacon and onions to dish.
5. In a bowl, whip the eggs + milk and add the salt and pepper. Pour mixture over the rest of the ingredients.
6. Bake for 40-45 minutes, until fork comes out clean. Let sit for five minutes. Enjoy!
