What I'm eating...
For breakfast- greek yogurt with peanut butter and a tiny bit of jelly
For lunch- creative salads with raw cheese
For snacking- hummus with red pepper strips or raw nuts
For dinner- baked chicken and broccoli

They say you are what you eat and if that's the case then right now I'm cereal bars, pretzels, Ben and Jerrys, and pizza. I've been eating whatever I want. Hence, why I stopped losing weight. None of the above are going to make the cut right now. I'm sticking to whole foods, lots of protein, and a little bit of good carbs. Think ezekial muffins, oatmeal, etc. Nothing processed and I'm only eating those carbs for breakfast in order to allow my body to process them all day. Drinking lots of water with lemon (speeds up your metabolism) and eating protein with every meal and lots of veggies.
Reward if I make my goal: new nail polish!
