3/52

The 52 Project - a portrait series of my children once a week in 2014.

Matilda: obsessed with accessorizing and looking "fancy." This was a church ensemble.
Phoebe: loves to open and shut this drawer and it almost gives me a heart attack every time. Also, Phoebe says "yeah" after every question is asked. "Phoebe, do you like the color blue?" "Yeah." "Are you cold?" "Yeah." "Do you like french toast?" "Yeah." Ha!

  2. Ahhhh, Matilda's outfit is the best!!! I never understood these toddlers walking around looking INSANE until MY toddler started insisting on picking out her outfits, shoes, accessories, etc. It's hilarious!!! Everyday usually involves some sort of tutu over her outfit and a huge hair bow/headband. I've started taking pics everyday because I just can't get enough. You're on track to have some fab pics at the end of the 52! :)

  5. hey emily! thanks for the compliments lady! i use a canon rebel xsi (link on the alt post below this one) and these were shot with a 35 mm lens. i also edit them in photoshop to punch up the colors a bit. i don't have any book recommendations. if you find one, let me know! i'm hoping to get better at manual mode this year too. :)
