Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

If you are like me and a wee bit pumpkin obsessed then you will hopefully love this smoothie as much as I do. A much healthier way to get your pumpkin fix than that darn pumpkin spice latte (can't resist!). This smoothie is super creamy and gives you all of those fall flavors that we all love...

Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 a can of pumpkin puree (use the other half to make this bread - trust me)

  • one can refrigerated coconut milk

  • 1 T all spice

  • 1 T cinnamon

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

  • 1 cup of ice

Method:

Place ingredients in your blender in the order shown above. For the coconut milk you want to get all of the solidified milk in first and just a little bit of the liquid (use the rest to

roast some fruit

). This is not super sweet so you may want to add syrup to taste or try stevia. Blend and top with a sprinkle of cinnamon or/and some 

coconut whipped cream

. Yum. Enjoy!!
