Mother's Day Ideas

Every once in a while, I like to use my blog as a very wise tool. One of those times is during Mother's day where I drop not-so-subtle hints and hopefully help others find inspiration for their own moms/wives. I mean, I'm just doing what any sensible person would do, right? I started a pinterest board with gifts that I think would be universally adored. Some fun things that have caught my eye. I'm holding out for a magic fairy that cleans my house. Anyone else? :)

The glass straws may seem a bit random, but I ordered some and love them for drinking coffee and smoothies. They're totally luxurious. As much as I love a cute, striped straw I can not handle drinking out of paper ones. Ha! How incredible is that candle? I love anything sea related and apparently their soap is awesome too.

Other fun ideas for moms:

• a pom pom throw that doubles as a sarong and towel
• a month of yoga lessons
• handmade + very cool scarf
• gorgeous flowers or a handmade corsage (Victory Blooms is hosting a pop-up shop at Sun in my Belly)
• an e-course! I'm taking this one and loving it
• an afternoon to go shopping
• a coffee subscription
• stunning stationary or a knock-out piece of art
• a really beautiful bag (like the floral one I spotted at Lululemon - hint hint)  ;)
