Favorite Christmas Cookies

I asked you guys on instagram what your favorite Christmas cookies were and I got so many amazing options to share. Let me know if you end up making any of them!

  1. Hay stacks - these were a childhood favorite of mine! So easy to make too.

2. Buck eyes - this is a nutella twist on the peanut butter classic and I want to make these so bad. Yum!

3. Wedding Cookies - my Grammy makes these every Christmas and packages them in the most beautiful Christmas tins for friends and family.

4. Saltine Toffee Candy - my mom used to make these every year, sometimes with almonds instead of saltines. So addictive! My sister also had a neighbor that made this with matza crackers. A festive twist.

5. Ginger Molasses Cookies - this specific recipe was recommended by a friend and she said doesn’t even particularly love this kind of cookie but these are magical!

6. Doubletree Chocolate Chip Cookies - this recipe was recommended that is based on the ones they serve at the hotel! Other honorable mentions: The Food Nanny’s version and these brown butter salted ones. YUM!

7. Peanut Butter Chocolate No Bake Cookies - these are my personal fave!! My Dad’s girlfriend makes these for holidays and they are delicious!

8. Christmas Monster Cookies - a punched up version of the classic chocolate chips with the addition of m&ms. Heaven!

9. Salted Double Dark Chocolate cookies - you had me at salted and double chocolate.

10. Kerrygold’s Soft Ginger Sandwich Cookies - made using Kerrygold butter (our fave!) so how can you really go wrong?!

11. Chewy Gingerbread Bars - these look so good and super fun for kids and big kids alike!

12. Seven Layer Magic Bars - my friend Emily that I used to work with many years ago used to make these every year for Christmas. They are incredible. Made them last week and it was a home run!
