Thoughts for 2015

Happy New Year!! Just like that it is January and 2015 (!!). We had a blast last night ringing in the new year with some awesome folks that came all gussied up. Makes me so happy. I have the highest hopes for this year. I feel so blessed and thankful right now more than ever. I just love my family so much, love what I'm doing, love our sweet friends and thank God every chance I get. I know some people are all anti-resolutions but I love them. I love a clean slate, the energy that comes with the new year, the hope and optimism of creating and conquering. I love it all! With great passion and enthusiasm I am dreaming today about this year. I wanted to share some of my goals here as accountability. Sometimes that bites me in the rear, but I like putting dreams out there! Would love to hear from you too. What are your goals for 2015?!

Here are a few goals for this year:

+ Travel! I feel like I haven't done much of that in the past decade and really want to see some new places. Already on the books: San Francisco, Big Sur, Monterey, Dallas, Utah (fingers crossed!) and Florida.

+ Church - getting planted somewhere and going every Sunday. This is so important to me! We have really struggled with this and I want it to be a main priority.

+ Read through the Bible - She Reads Truth is doing an awesome study on their app that guides you through in 365 days.

+ Health - whole foods + paleo all day long. I feel my BEST when I eat this way and I simply don't want to feel any other way.

+ Fitness - I am doing a challenge with my essential oils member community this month and I am going to also do the Tone it Up "Love Your Body" challenge. I just love them! There is still time to join us, our challenge starts this monday - exercise tips, incorporating oils in to your family's daily life, meal plans, etc.

+ Video - I want to really dip my toes into the video world. My passions are teaching people about health and wellness and I want to bring what I've learned to as many people as possible. You can join my wellness communities here and here.

+ Family time - I want more fun activities with my family, more time outdoors, more JOY!

+ Blog - creating beautiful content to share with you guys!! Having set aside time to create.

My word for this year is WELLNESS. I want to be the healthiest I can be and to share that with others. Blessings to all of you as we start this beautiful and shiny new year. XO
