New Favorites on 30A

I mentioned on my last post that I wanted to share with you some of our favorite new spots on

30A

which is a strip of highway lined with adorable neighborhoods in Florida along the gulf coast. We have been visiting this area (specifically Seaside) since it was built (an old photo of us there

here

).

When we first got in we went to Water Sound's new watering hole:

The Hub

. You can watch movies here at night, the kids can run around and you can get a killer margarita ;) (half off at happy hour!). The BBQ was super good, not a lot of GF options but we ordered half a chicken, the potato salad and the beans. :)

I know all moms feel this way, but I just love these beautiful girls so much.

The food trucks in Seaside are always a good idea! The snow cones were the perfect dairy-free alternative to ice cream and we honestly preferred them. Get the strawberry margarita (sadly only virgin ones available haha).

A short-ish walk from Rosemary Beach is a shopping area called 30 Avenue (we also loved the Chipotle-esque Barbacoa for burrito bowls) where my new obsession

Shop Outpost

lives. This beautifully curated shop boasts beautiful housewares and clothing and accessories, they also have a small coffee shop and happy hour (hello Rose in a can!).

Speaking of happy hours... the gorgeous

Pearl hotel

has a rooftop bar with a gorgeous view and amazing apps. We loved the nachos and flatbread pizza. Nom. So fun getting to go with Mama and Rach. :)

We always love going to

Pickles

. They have an amazing grass-fed burger and yummy fries! The girls were obsessed with the giant pickles. Super kid friendly, not diet or food allergy friendly.

The Pop Stop

in Seagrove is a tiny little shop with homemade popsicles. We got the Milk + Cookies, Raspberry Cheesecake, Creamy Latte and Strawberry Lemonade to name a few. ALL good.

Walking around Seaside is my favorite. Above is a peek at their neighborhood school. Swoon.

We tried

Bud and Alley's Pizza bar

and it was delicious. Fun date night! We got two pizzas and shared them.

One of my favorite memories from our trip was our date night in

Alys Beach

. We ate at

George's

for dinner, I had the short ribs with cauliflower fries (nom!!!) and Sam had the grouper plate. So good and the dessert was unreal. After that we walked to

Caliza

, their exclusive pool opens to the public at 7 for dinner and drinks. It was gorgeous and we had the best time at the bar.
