Meal Plan October 10th

 

I’ve unlinked this page so it’s just for my email friends! Grab your phone or tablet and another computer and let’s get started. I use the note feature and then make checklists within it! See example below! Then I make a list at the bottom of what I need from the store for each day. Makes it so easy to order groceries or go to the store!

Monday:

  • Sausage + Eggs plus berries and coffee

  • Rotisserie chicken + salad

  • Lasagna Soup which you could add some sourdough or breadsticks as well!

Tuesday:

  • Bacon + eggs

  • Grilled chicken (pan sear and finish in oven) + salad

  • Zucchini Pizza Boats (double the recipe - this was a HUGE hit last week!)

Wednesday:

  • Sausage + eggs

  • Leftover pizza boats with salad

  • Big Mac Salad (another hit! tastes just like a burger!)

Thursday:

  • Bacon + eggs

  • Cobb Salad (i like blue cheese crumbles, cucumbers, bacon, good ranch, hard boiled eggs, chicken, romaine, and cherry tomatoes)

  • Crockpot tacos - put chicken breasts, one packet of taco seasoning, one jar of salsa on slow in the crockpot for the day - serve with corn tortillas, siracha, sour cream, slaw or onions, guacamole, shredded cheese

Friday:

  • Sausage + eggs

  • leftovers

  • Dinner out

Saturday:

  • Bacon + eggs

  • Burgers + dogs with salad and sweet potato fries

  • Pork tenderloin pan seared and finished in the oven with roasted broccoli and salad

So this gives you a jumping off point for your meals. We are gluten free mostly and working on eating a low glycemic diet so feel free to add carbs where you want them. I then think about things we all love to have like la croix, snacks for the girls, breakfast for the girls, maybe sandwich meat and bread or adult lunchable items.
