Meal Plan November 4th

 

I’ve unlinked this page so it’s just for my email friends! Grab your phone or tablet and another computer and let’s get started. I use the note feature and then make checklists within it! Then I make a list at the bottom of what I need from the store for each day. Makes it so easy to order groceries or go to the store!

Monday:

Tuesday:

  • Chicken and sage sausage links (applegate farms) + eggs + ezekial bread

  • Rotisserie chicken with side salad and roasted potatoes

  • Chili leftovers

Wednesday:

  • Fritatta with cherry tomatoes, eggs, good cheese, bacon, and spinach

  • Chili leftovers

  • Dinner out or brinner

Thursday:

  • Yogurt with berries

  • Creamy Tuscan chicken with cauliflower rice (I’ll sub heavy cream with full fat coconut milk)

Friday:

  • Bacon + eggs

  • Red’s burritos (it’s been a long week!)

  • Take out

Saturday:

  • Banana pancakes: ripe bananas + egg beaten and cooked with butter

  • Pork chops pan seared and finished in the oven with roasted broccoli and salad

  • Zucchini pizza boats

So this gives you a jumping off point for your meals. We are gluten free mostly and working on eating a low glycemic diet so feel free to add carbs where you want them. I then think about things we all love to have like la croix, snacks for the girls, breakfast for the girls, maybe sandwich meat and bread or adult lunchable items.
