Meal Plan October 24th

 

I’ve unlinked this page so it’s just for my email friends! Grab your phone or tablet and another computer and let’s get started. I use the note feature and then make checklists within it! Then I make a list at the bottom of what I need from the store for each day. Makes it so easy to order groceries or go to the store!

Monday:

Tuesday:

  • Sausage + eggs + ezekial bread

  • Turkey Burger patties from this cookbook -

    Ingredients:

     * 1 pound ground turkey meat

    * 4 garlic cloves, grated

    * 1/2 cup chopped cilantro

    * 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint

    * 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

    * 1/2 teaspoon salt

    * zest of 1 lime

     

    Directions:

     * Combine everything into a bowl, mix well and shape into equal sized patties! Grill or pan sear. Serve in butter lettuce cups or on a bed of greens with homemade sweet potato fries.

     

  • Hot + sweet Chili

Wednesday:

  • Fritatta with cherry tomatoes, eggs, good cheese, bacon, and spinach

  • Chili leftovers

  • Dinner out or brinner

Thursday:

  • Yogurt with berries

  • Chicken roll ups: romaine lettuce with good cheese and Everroast chicken

  • zucchini noodles + frozen meatballs + your favorite sauce + parm

Friday:

  • Bacon + eggs

  • leftovers

  • Dinner out

Saturday:

  • Banana pancakes: ripe bananas + egg beaten and cooked with butter

  • Pork chops pan seared and finished in the oven with roasted broccoli and salad

  • Zucchini pizza boats

So this gives you a jumping off point for your meals. We are gluten free mostly and working on eating a low glycemic diet so feel free to add carbs where you want them. I then think about things we all love to have like la croix, snacks for the girls, breakfast for the girls, maybe sandwich meat and bread or adult lunchable items.
